Greensboro police investigating shooting that sent person to hospital with injuries

Greensboro police are investigating a shooting Wednesday.

Police responded to the area of North Elm and Lindsay streets in response to a shooting at 9:24 p.m.

When they arrived, they found a person with a gunshot wound. That person was taken to the hospital with injuries. Their condition is unclear at this time.

Police said there is no suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
